Payment Methods
Payment for purchases on the Site is carried out exclusively in AMD and with the possibility of using the following payment methods:
- upon delivery – in cash;
- upon delivery – by means of the Inecopay QR code;
- by payment cards ArCa, Visa and MasterCard using an online payment system;
- through the online payment system IDram;
- bank transfer to our bank account.
Attention. When making online payments on the Site, all personal and card data is entered exclusively on the secure pages of the sites of the respective payment systems / bank. The specified data is not stored on the Site.
Attention. The value of the returned goods will be refunded exclusively in the same way in which the payment was accepted. For example, if you paid with a payment card, then the amount cannot be returned in cash, but will be returned by the method of full or partial cancellation of the card transaction.
Delivery
Delivery of goods is carried out in the city of Yerevan and in all regions of Armenia. Delivery cost in the city of Yerevan is also applied to the nearest settlements: Zovuni, Kasakh, Vahagni village, Ptghni, Dzoraghbyur, Jrvezh, Argavand, Getanist, Getapnya.
1․Standard delivery – in case of registering a delivery order before 12:00, the delivery costs 500 AMD.
2․Express delivery – after 12:00 in the territory of Yerevan, in case of registering an order, the delivery costs 1000 AMD, and the delivery will be carried out within 1-2 hours.
Delivery in Yerevan is carried out within one working day. Delivery to the regions of the RA is carried out on certain days. Sundays and holidays and memorable dates are considered non-working days in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Armenia. Delivery hours are agreed with the customer in advance.
In the event that special offers are announced by the Company, the delivery of ordered goods can be carried out on special conditions and / or at a discount.
Upon delivery and receipt of goods, it is necessary to check the conformity of goods to the order, type of goods, quantity. If, upon delivery, payment for the goods has already been made, then the order is transferred exclusively to the customer personally. For this, the courier has the right to require an identity document. The order is considered executed upon signing the receipt by the customer.
Return of goods
Purchased goods cannot be returned if they have been delivered and a receipt has been signed by the customer.
The customer has the right to refuse the goods only before accepting the delivery (signing the receipt). Reasons for refusal may be the non-conformity of the goods to the order, poor quality or damage to the goods.
