  1. General Provisions

This privacy policy describes the use of your personal information by IFEP Limited Liability Company (hereinafter “the Company”). This Privacy Policy defines what personal data the Company can obtain through the Website / Application and how it can use the personal data of users.

By registering in our System, you can become a member of the bonus club by receiving a bonus card for you, which is a cumulative card with which you will accumulate points during purchases in accordance with the procedures of the bonus department.

The Company does not intend to collect information that is defined by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia as personal, including your last name, first name, patronymic, date of birth, month, year, place, gender, nationality, address, marital status, telephone number, e-mail address and other data (hereinafter – “Personal Data”) through the Website / Application owned by the Company, unless you voluntarily provide your Personal data. If you do not want your Personal Data to be processed, do not provide it.

We may collect and store the following personal data:

  • Email address, name, surname, telephone number (s)
  • Bank details, if you paid for the order by bank transfer. We do NOT have information about your payment (credit or debit) card, as online payments on our website / in the application are made exclusively through the Arca payment system, as well as through e-wallets of your choice if they are included in the list of companies, cooperating with our Company.
  • History of your purchases, list of favorite products, etc. on the Site / in the application,
  • Delivery address (s), additional information provided for delivery
  • Correspondence with us (including chat emails).
  1. Automatic collection of information

Additional information automatically collected by the Company.

 

In some cases, when you visit the website / application, the Company may automatically (that is, without your registration on the website) receive technical information that is not Personal. Such technical information includes the type of Internet browser, the type of operating system, and the domain name of the website from which you accessed this website.

Your phone number will be your login to access the website / app for which you will receive a verification password. Do not give anyone your phone number and / or password for ifep.am. However, if you have done so, remember that our company will not bear responsibility for any adverse consequences in the future; you are solely responsible for all actions taken on your behalf.
